Description

Lead a technical development team of 10-15 members in an SAP environment for public sector clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a development team ranging from entry-level to senior staff.
• Drive ABAP design and development using Object-Oriented programming principles.
• Apply functional expertise across core SAP modules to support operational systems.
• Train and mentor public sector employees on best practices and system usage.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as an SAP Lead Developer.
• 8+ years of experience in ABAP design and development.
• Expertise in ABAP Object-Oriented programming.
• 4+ years of experience working with SAP operational systems for Public Sector clients.
• 2+ years of experience in training and mentoring staff.
• Functional knowledge in at least three of the following: Finance, CRM, Logistics, SRM, SUS/ROS, MDM, HCM, or SuccessFactors EC.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate status.
