Description

You will lead the design and development of SAP solutions while managing a team of 10-15 developers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a development team of 10-15 resources.
• Design and develop SAP solutions using ABAP with a focus on Object Oriented programming.
• Provide training and mentoring to public sector employees from entry level onward.
• Apply functional knowledge across Finance, CRM, Logistics, SRM, SUS/ROS, MDM, HCM, or SuccessFactors EC.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as an SAP Lead Developer.
• Strong experience with ABAP design and development.
• Proficiency in ABAP Object Oriented programming.
• Functional knowledge in at least three areas: Finance, CRM, Logistics, SRM, SUS/ROS, MDM, HCM, or SuccessFactors EC.
• 4 years of experience with an SAP operational system for a Public Sector Client.
• 2 years of experience in training and mentoring public sector staff.
• Experience with SAP Lead Developer concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate education.
• 2-year job tenure stability.
