Description

You will lead SAP ABAP development efforts for a Public Sector client, managing a team of 10-15 resources and designing solutions using ABAP Object Oriented programming.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a development team of ten to fifteen resources.
• Design and develop robust solutions using ABAP Object Oriented programming.
• Apply functional knowledge across at least three areas: Finance, CRM, Logistics, SRM, SUS/ROS, MDM, HCM, or SuccessFactors EC.
• Train and mentor public sector employees from entry level up.

Required Skills

• Eight years of experience as an SAP lead developer.
• Eight years of experience with ABAP design and development.
• Strong experience in ABAP Object Oriented programming.
• Functional knowledge in at least three of: Finance, CRM, Logistics, SRM, SUS/ROS, MDM, HCM, SuccessFactors EC.
• Four years working with an SAP operational system for a Public Sector Client.
• Two years experience in training and mentoring public sector employees.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MDM, HCM, and SuccessFactors EC.
