Description

Lead the design, programming, and debugging of SAP modules while managing the ABAP development team. Define the custom development strategy for SAP S/4HANA in a hybrid landscape and drive enhancement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and supervise the work of the assigned ABAP programming team to meet project deadlines.
• Implement ABAP on SAP HANA, focusing on technical architecture, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with Business, Cloud Integration, Enterprise Architecture, and Data Architecture teams to drive enhancement strategies.
• Perform business process analysis, redesign, and process mapping to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Work with project managers to ensure delivery within budget and timelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP development.
• Expertise in SAP ABAP on HANA.
• Proficiency with SAP HANA Studio and ABAP Development Tools (ADT).
• Hands-on experience with ABAP Core Data Services (CDS).
• Experience with Native SQL and ADBC.
• Knowledge of database procedures, text search, and ALV on HANA.
• Experience with HANA Live models consumption.
• Competency in SAP Fiori.
• Ability to work with SAP BTP development stack.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with C/4 HANA, SAP BW/4 HANA, and SAP TSW.
