Description

Lead a distributed team of ABAP developers to deliver business-critical changes and support global IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to ensure productivity and adherence to project schedules.
• Estimate effort and resources required for WRICEF requirements and ongoing SAP implementations.
• Collaborate with functional leads to design requirements and establish document structures.
• Mitigate technical risks and implement long-term productive solutions for business needs.
• Execute code reviews, unit testing, and technical specification documentation.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of SAP ABAP development experience across FI/CO, SD, MM, WM, QM, and PP modules.
• Proven track record with at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) using classes, interfaces, and methods.
• Extensive experience with BDC, LSMW, and BAPI.
• Proficiency in Adobe Forms, Smart Forms, and SAP Scripts, including NACE configuration.
• Deep knowledge of Customer exits, User exits, and BADIs using classes.
• Strong experience with IDocs, Proxies, EDI, and Gentran.
• Advanced debugging skills for analyzing runtime errors and ABAP programs.
• Competency in modularization techniques including subroutines, Function modules, and RFCs.
• Experience with performance tuning and ALV reporting.

Preferred Skills

• SAP ABAP Certification.
