Lead technical streams for global cloud implementation projects as a technical team leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor project teams to execute technical deliverables and maintain quality standards.
• Plan and monitor project timelines while providing regular status reports to managers and onsite coordinators.
• Interface with customer representatives and onsite coordinators to align on project requirements.
• Manage performance, training, and professional development for direct reports.
• Travel to customer locations as required to support project needs.

Required Skills

• 7-11 years of industry experience with a degree in BE, B.Tech, or MCA.
• Expertise in AS-ABAP on HANA, including HANA Data Modelling concepts and custom code push-down techniques.
• Hands-on experience with ABAP development toolkit (ADT), CDS, and AMDP.
• Proficiency in Module pool programming, Adobe Forms, and Smart Forms.
• Strong background in ABAP programming and RICEFW development.
• Deep knowledge of User Exits, Customer Exits, BADIs, and the new enhancement framework.
• Experience with SAP data migration tools and SAP GATEWAY.
• Practical knowledge of SAP HANA/ABAP, OData, and backend Fiori skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HANA analytics, predictive, and text analysis.
• Knowledge of SAP BO tools, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
