Description

Lead configuration and implementation of SAP production planning and detailed scheduling solutions across full lifecycle projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute full lifecycle Plan to Produce implementations, including blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Manage complex manufacturing processes such as Make to Order, Make to Stock, Engineer to Order, and Knock Down Kits.
• Configure PPDS components including sequencing, MMP setup, control cycles, Rapid Planning Matrix, and restriction planning.
• Handle CIF error handling and integrate EWM with APO.
• Define and resource support teams while managing senior stakeholder interests.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP PP and PP/DS configuration and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and its integration with PP/DS modules.
• Deep knowledge of SAP APO, including IS-Auto (FLO, ACT, PVS) and integration with R3 PP.
• Expertise in Variant Configuration, BoM, iPPE, and object dependencies.
• Proficiency in manufacturing execution including REM, discrete manufacturing, processes, routing, operations, and MRP.
• Technical knowledge of QM module, master data preparation, lot size procedures, and COGI.
• Experience with planned orders, reporting points, and MES integration points.
• Familiarity with integration between PP and EWM.

Preferred Skills

• SAP certification in SAP PP and/or SAP PP/DS.
• Automotive assembly plant and inbound supply chain experience.
