Description

You will drive full lifecycle SAP Plan to Produce (Pl2PR) implementations, covering blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle implementations for large scale SAP projects.
• Configure and implement PPDS, including sequencing, MMP set-up, control cycles, and rapid planning matrix.
• Execute planning in ECC with respect to APO planning and handle CIF error handling.
• Integrate EWM systems with APO and manage MES integration points.
• Define and resource support teams while managing senior stakeholder interests.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP PP and PP/DS configuration and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and its integration with PP/DS modules.
• Expertise in SAP IS-Auto (FLO, ACT, PVS) and SAP APO.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes: Make to Order, Make to Stock, Engineer to Order, and Knock Down Kits.
• Proficiency in Variant Configuration, BoM, iPPE, Routing, and Operations.
• Strong understanding of REM, Discrete manufacturing, and Process industries.
• Technical knowledge of MRP, Lot size procedures, Planned orders, and COGI.
• Experience with QM module and Master data preparation/uploading.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Information Technology.

Preferred Skills

• SAP certification in SAP PP and/or SAP PP/DS.
• Automotive assembly plant and inbound supply chain experience.
