Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Technical Lead with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations, custom development, technical architecture, and enterprise SAP integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience leading ABAP development teams and delivering complex SAP technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP ABAP technical design, development, implementation, and support activities.

Drive SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversion, migration, or greenfield implementation initiatives.

Design and develop custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.

Work extensively with ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, and performance optimization.

Design and develop OData services and integrations with SAP and non-SAP applications.

Work with SAP Fiori applications and support UI5-related technical integrations.

Lead RICEF development activities: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms.

Perform technical reviews, code optimization, debugging, and issue resolution.

Collaborate with SAP Functional Consultants, Architects, and business stakeholders.

Lead technical teams, manage development deliverables, and ensure quality standards.

Required Skills

10+ years of SAP ABAP development experience.

Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.

Experience with ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, and modern ABAP programming.

Strong knowledge of RICEF objects and custom development.

Experience with BAPI, BADI, User Exits, Enhancement Framework, and IDocs.

Experience with OData services, REST APIs, and SAP integrations.

Strong debugging, performance tuning, and technical troubleshooting skills.

Previous experience leading SAP ABAP development teams or technical workstreams.

Preferred Skills

Experience with RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model).

SAP Fiori / UI5 development exposure.

Experience with SAP BTP and integration technologies.

Experience in S/4HANA implementation or conversion projects.

SAP ABAP certification is an advantage
