Description

You will design, develop, and optimize ABAP programs for S/4HANA, leveraging HANA database capabilities. You will own the full development lifecycle from technical design to deployment and support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RICEF objects, including reports, interfaces, and forms, with a focus on S/4HANA architecture.
• Implement HANA-specific optimizations using Core Data Services (CDS) Views, ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP), and OData services.
• Create and manage RESTful Application Programming (RAP) services for seamless web application communication.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize ABAP code to ensure high performance and efficient execution on the HANA database.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to translate requirements into technical solutions while adhering to SAP best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of proven experience in SAP ABAP development, specifically with S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented ABAP and S/4HANA data models.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful principles, CDS Views, AMDP, and OData services.
• Experience developing Adobe Forms.
• Proficiency in integration technologies including RFC, IDoc, and OData (REST).
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and create detailed technical specifications and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies within SAP projects.
