Develop and maintain SAP solutions using ABAP, Workflow, and PLM modules.

Responsibilities

• Enforce coding standards and implement best practices for quality assurance.
• Participate in technical design discussions and review technical documentation.
• Create project plans and manage schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with development teams and on-site engineers to resolve technical issues.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect timelines and quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Mandatory expertise in SAP Workflow.
• Mandatory experience with PLM.
• Hands-on experience with Web Dynpro.
• Ability to perform value creation and KM activities.
• Experience in process improvement and compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
