Description

Manage technical support and operational stability for the Swiss payroll application.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Run monthly Swiss payroll closure procedures and year-end activities.
• Investigate technical issues, provide workarounds, and perform root cause analysis for incidents.
• Monitor application health through log reviews and exception analysis.
• Test software releases in test environments and track progress using Jira.
• Set up and execute batch processes using Batchman.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of experience in SAP and Payroll systems.
• Proficiency in SAP-HR modules and general SAP system experience.
• SQL knowledge for data queries and analysis.
• Experience with batch scheduling tools.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Access, and Word.

Preferred Skills

• General IT experience.
