Description

You will manage and coordinate IT services delivery involving multiple providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate integration of multiple service providers to deliver IT services.
• Act as the central point of coordination for entitlements across service providers.
• Facilitate end-to-end entitlement processes across various providers.
• Coordinate the resolution of entitlement issues or conflicts.
• Maintain a centralised entitlement register or repository.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience managing entitlements (user, group, or service privileges).
• Experience with SAP.
• Ability to support audit and compliance activities.
