Description

You will manage IT services delivery and coordinate integration across multiple service providers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the integration of multiple service providers to deliver IT services.
• Act as the central point of coordination for entitlements across service providers.
• Facilitate end-to-end entitlement processes and maintain a centralized entitlement register.
• Coordinate the resolution of entitlement issues or conflicts between providers.
• Support audit and compliance activities related to service delivery.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience managing entitlements (user, group, or service privileges).
• Experience with SAP administration.
• Ability to support audit and compliance activities.
• 5+ years of professional experience in IT services management.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
