Description

You will manage and maintain the SAP BusinessObjects platform within a 24x7 L2 Support model.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain SAP BusinessObjects BI 4x or higher.
• Manage servers, services, and nodes using the Central Management Console (CMC).
• Perform upgrades, patches, and migrations of BO components across environments.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize report delivery.
• Manage user accounts, roles, security settings, and ensure backup/disaster recovery procedures.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of IT experience in SAP BusinessObjects administration.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BO platform administration, CMC, Web Intelligence, and Crystal Reports.
• Proficiency with Windows Server, Tomcat, Web Sphere, and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server).
• Experience troubleshooting server logs, report failures, and performance bottlenecks.
• Familiarity with LDAP/AD integration and SSO configuration.
• Experience with ITIL processes and tools like ServiceNow or Control-M.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for supporting reporting requirements.
