Description

Lead technical delivery and development within SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments, managing a team of five members.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements from functional consultants into detailed technical designs and solutions.
• Manage Agile processes, including creating product backlogs, estimating user stories, and conducting sprint planning.
• Develop automation within SAP using ABAP and execute full-lifecycle implementations or rollouts for global customers.
• Provide technical training to the group and ensure adherence to SAP coding standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant SAP ABAP experience.
• Proficiency in all RICEF objects, including Data Dictionary, Reports, Enhancements, and Forms (SAP Scripts, Smart forms, Adobe forms).
• Experience with Interfaces such as BAPIs, IDOCs, and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with ABAP on HANA and S/4HANA implementations or Suite on HANA (SoH).
• Technical expertise in Workflows, FIORI, ODATA, and SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
• Experience with CDS Views, AMDP, APIs, PROXIs, or AIFs.
• Proven ability to work in an Agile development environment.
• At least two full implementation or rollout projects completed.

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of SAP coding standards and best practices for both ECC and HANA.
