You will lead service delivery for SAP systems within a managed services framework, ensuring stability and optimization across S/4HANA and ECC environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery for SAP systems in a managed services environment.
• Apply functional and subject matter expertise in SAP S/4HANA and ECC to resolve complex issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business needs and drive service optimization.
• Manage services within a dynamic IT landscape, providing leadership to support delivery teams.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in SAP system service delivery.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments.
• Proven experience in leadership roles, including managing people without direct reporting authority.
• Strong business acumen for managing services in complex environments.
• Project Management experience.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4HANA IT Service Management certification.
• Project Management certification.
• Experience in large-scale SAP transformation or modernization initiatives.
