Description

Provide application support and continuous improvement for SAP SD modules.

Resolve SAP SD application and system issues within defined SLAs. Troubleshoot and fix functional errors to maintain smooth business operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution. Manage documentation and support tasks using standard IT tools. Perform shift work as required by operational needs.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP SD module configuration and support.
• Hands-on experience with S4/HANA.
• Strong understanding of Sales & Distribution business processes.
• Experience with IDOC and EDI.
• Knowledge of integrations with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Proficiency with support tools including Omnitracker, JIRA, and Zendesk.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Professional English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL knowledge.
• Debugging skills.
• Fiori integration expertise and SAP certification.
