Description

You will provide production support and system analysis for SAP GTS, MM, and SD modules, ensuring end-to-end process integrity and stability.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex issues within outbound SAP Supply Chain processes, including MM, SD, and GTS.
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation to triage high-severity technology issues and maintain SLA performance.
• Collaborate with Functional Architects to ensure consistency across global initiatives and time zones.
• Develop, prototype, test, and implement solution improvements to standardize processes and enhance system configuration.
• Translate technical functionality for non-technical users and business executives during requirements analysis and design phases.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with configuration and enhancements within SAP MM, SD, or GTS.
• Deep functional expertise in SAP SD or MM modules.
• Hands-on experience with SAP GTS (Global Trade Services).
• Experience across the full systems implementation lifecycle: requirements, design, configuration, testing, and change management.
• Knowledge of Plan to Procure, Order to Cash, or Inventory Processing workflows.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills.
• Degree in Information Systems or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Retail or Consumer Product Goods industry.
