Description

You will act as a functional lead for SAP CRM modules, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and perform gap analysis to define system needs.
• Design blueprints and create functional specifications for system enhancements.
• Translate functional specifications into technical specifications using detailed knowledge of SAP tables and fields.
• Support SAP CRM implementations across Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.

Required Skills

• 2 to 3 years of experience as an SAP Analyst.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
• Hands-on experience with SAP CRM Web UI configurations.
• Proficiency with Transaction Launcher and Customer Web UI.
• Experience working with BOL/GENIL.
• Understanding of ABAP, including use of RFC, BAPI, and BAdI.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
