Description

You own end-to-end change and transport governance across SAP landscapes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve the ChaRM process, managing Normal, Urgent, Admin, and Standard change release cycles.
• Establish and enforce transport governance, including naming conventions, release calendars, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
• Manage dual landscape maintenance versus project work, including retrofit strategies and conflict resolution.
• Administer SAP Solution Manager 7.2 ChaRM setup, projects, and task lists.
• Execute and monitor transports across DEV, QA, PreProd, and PROD, ensuring sequence integrity.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall SAP experience, including 7+ years hands-on with ChaRM on SAP Solution Manager 7.2.
• Strong command of SAP Change types: Normal, Urgent, Admin, Standard, and Retrofit dual track management.
• Proficiency in SPAUSPDD, TMS, CTS, and managing both ABAP and non-ABAP transport flows.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SAP HANA DB, and BW4HANA transport considerations.
• Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks for Change, Release, Incident, and Problem management.
• Experience integrating ChaRM with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of global release cycles, cutover planning, and post-release validation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, BE, BT, or MCA.
