Description

Lead end-to-end implementations of SPM solutions using SAP APM. Own the technical design, development, and delivery of plan creation, payout execution, and statements using Jasper Reports.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex SPM solutions, including plan creation and payout execution logic.
• Generate statements and reports using Jasper Reports.
• Integrate APIs with SAP APM to ensure seamless data flow and system connectivity.
• Manage onsite-offshore coordination and lead technical teams through the full implementation lifecycle.
• Handle stakeholder management and technical communications to align delivery with business goals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of development experience in SPM projects.
• Proven end-to-end implementation experience with SAP APM (formerly Callidus ICM).
• Deep understanding of core SPM functionalities and business rules.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Advanced Workflow.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
• Experience with API integration within the SAP APM ecosystem.
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate distributed delivery models effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Groovy Scripting for custom logic.
• Background working in the Healthcare domain.
