Description

You will act as a subject matter expert for SAP Agent Performance Management enterprise edition software.

Responsibilities

• Manage agent, membership, premium, and commission information across various insurance products.
• Design technical solutions and provide accurate project estimates.
• Lead discovery meetings, technical discussions, and client presentations.
• Configure and manage commission and incentive plans for external Producers.
• Apply functional knowledge of Producer Management, Compensation & Performance, and Agent Connection modules.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Agent Performance Management software.
• Deep expertise in SAP APME.
• Hands-on experience with commission calculations and payments.
• Proficiency in managing complex incentive plans for external Producers.
• Ability to work with Producer Management and Agent Connection modules.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in US health insurance.
