Description

Act as the subject matter expert for SAP Agent Performance Management (APMe), owning technical solutions, commission configurations, and client engagements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage agent, membership, premium, and commission data across diverse insurance products.
• Design technical solutions and provide accurate project estimates for implementation projects.
• Lead discovery meetings, technical discussions, and client presentations to align on requirements.
• Configure and manage commission and incentive plans for external Producers.
• Apply functional knowledge of Producer Management, Compensation & Performance, and Agent Connection modules.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Agent Performance Management software.
• Deep expertise in SAP APMe architecture and configuration.
• Proven experience in complex commission calculations and payment processing.
• Proficiency in managing intricate incentive plans for external Producers.
• Strong ability to work with Producer Management and Agent Connection modules.
• Any Graduate degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the US health insurance domain.
