Description

You will lead SAP APO implementations, support, and migrations to S/4HANA or SAP IBP.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP APO modules including Demand Planning (DP), Supply Network Planning (SNP), PP/DS, and Global Available-to-Promise (GATP).
• Manage migrations from SAP APO to S/4HANA PP/DS or SAP IBP.
• Integrate SAP APO with S/4HANA, MM, PP, SD, and EWM for end-to-end supply chain planning.
• Implement S/4HANA functionalities such as DDMRP, predictive MRP (pMRP), and advanced MRP.
• Execute unit testing, integration testing, and UAT, while providing post-go-live support.
• Document functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP teams for custom developments.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP APO (DP, SNP, PP/DS, GATP) and S/4HANA Supply Chain.
• Expertise in SAP PP/DS configuration within S/4HANA.
• Proven experience with SAP APO to S/4HANA migration or IBP transition projects.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, Demand Planning, Forecasting, Capacity Planning, and Scheduling.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori for PP/DS and supply chain analytics.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard workshops.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• SAP APO or S/4HANA PP/DS certification.
• Experience with at least 2-3 end-to-end SAP APO and S/4HANA PP/DS implementations.
• Knowledge of SAP IBP and AI-driven supply chain analytics.
