Description

You will lead data migration testing and validation for SAP transformation initiatives, ensuring data integrity across legacy and cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform data migration testing and validate source systems for SAP ECC, APO, and BW.
• Validate data movement and consistency from legacy environments into S/4HANA, IBP, and B4.
• Create, execute, and maintain SIT/UAT test cases, scenarios, and defect logs.
• Conduct source-to-target reconciliation and validate transformation logic.
• Coordinate with functional and business teams during UAT and production validation.

Required Skills

• Strong functional expertise in SAP APO and SAP IBP.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, SAP BW, and S/4HANA migration projects.
• Proven track record in data migration testing, validation, and source-to-target reconciliation.
• Experience creating and executing SIT/UAT test cases.
• Proficiency in defect management, issue tracking, and resolution coordination.
• Ability to analyze data accuracy and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP functional consulting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise data migration programs and large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of SAP migration tools, methodologies, and planning strategies.
