Description

You will configure and support SAP Production Planning and APO systems to enable manufacturing operations and system implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP PP for new rollouts and maintain existing setups across manufacturing plants.
• Design technical solutions for in-house production, including receipts, consumption, transfers, recipes, and Bill of Materials.
• Manage PPDS functions such as detailed scheduling, process order scheduling, and asset capacity planning.
• Execute demand and supply planning using the APO planning board and production batches.
• Develop functional specifications for ABAP developers to implement RICEF solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP PP and APO environments.
• Expertise in SAP PP configuration for manufacturing plants and in-house production.
• Deep knowledge of PPDS, including detailed scheduling and co-product/by-product management.
• Experience with SAP APO demand and supply planning.
• Ability to integrate SAP with MES systems.
• Proficiency in gathering business requirements and designing technical solutions.
• Experience managing the development lifecycle through unit and regression testing.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC.
