Lead end-to-end application development for a unified ERP solution transformation, ensuring alignment with SAP Clean Core principles.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end application development (WRICEF) for ERP implementation.
• Represent the Application Development perspective within the Design Authority.
• Oversee SAP change control and transport management processes.
• Develop best practices for code quality, security, and performance optimization.
• Ensure strict adherence to SAP Clean Core principles across the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 12-15 years of SAP Application Development experience.
• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA Fashion/Retail.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Strong knowledge of SAP development methodologies and WRICEF.
• Expertise in SAP Clean Core principles and modern application frameworks.
• Experience leading large-scale ERP implementations.
• Experience working in global, multi-region environments.
