Description

You will lead end-to-end SAP solution delivery, from technical design through deployment, across large-scale, complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead global S/4HANA Private Cloud transformation and customer experience modernization efforts.
• Architect and deliver clean-core SAP solutions, minimizing technical debt and aligning with SAP best practices.
• Design and implement API-led integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
• Guide the transition of custom logic from SAP core to SAP BTP side-by-side extensions.
• Oversee release planning, change management, cutover activities, deployments, and post-go-live hypercare.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of SAP experience, including 6+ years in technical leadership roles.
• Proven experience delivering multiple large-scale SAP ECC and/or CRM to S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Deep expertise in S/4HANA architecture, ABAP RAP, CAP, and SAP BTP development.
• Strong hands-on ABAP development experience (enhancements, BADIs, IDocs, RFCs, etc.).
• Solid understanding of modern integration patterns (REST, SOAP, event-driven) using SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
• Experience leading teams using DevOps pipelines and modern CI/CD practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash and Finance business processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing SaaS platforms such as SAP C4C or Salesforce.
• Working knowledge of LeanIX or Signavio for process modeling.
• Experience applying AI-assisted development tools (e.g., SAP Joule).
