Description

You will support SAP systems in a manufacturing environment, focusing on incident management and technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT incident tickets using ServiceNow or similar systems.
• Triage Level 1 support requests by identifying root causes as hardware, network, or backend SAP issues.
• Coordinate closely with business customers to resolve technical problems.
• Support SAP implementations and maintain system stability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT project coordination within manufacturing.
• Extensive experience with Incident Management processes.
• Proven ability to distinguish between hardware, network, and backend SAP failures.
• Hands-on experience with SAP implementations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA.
• Knowledge of SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
