Description

Provide end-to-end support and maintenance for integrated SAP systems within strict SLA timelines. Own the incident resolution lifecycle, including root cause analysis and preventive measures. Manage change requests from proposal through high-level solution design to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents while conducting root cause analysis to implement preventive measures.
• Manage change requests by preparing proposals, high-level solution designs, scope of work, and estimated man-days.
• Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation, including SIT, UAT, user manuals, and handover documents.
• Execute project plans and change requests using standard project management practices to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare monthly service reports detailing effort usage, development timelines, and incident SLA performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP support and maintenance.
• Hands-on expertise with FICO, SD, MM-WM, and PO (Process Orchestration).
• Technical proficiency in BW, ABAP, BASIS, and HANA Studio.
• Experience with server maintenance within the BASIS module.
• Knowledge of integrating SAP with GRC, Ariba (Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing), and SuccessFactors.
• Strong ability to write functional specifications and technical development documentation.
• Proven experience managing change requests and project lifecycles.
• Ability to perform post Go-Live support for daily, weekly, and monthly transaction cycles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing support for SAP EWM.
