Description

Lead the design and technical implementation of SAP CX Service Core Extensibility solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP CX Service Core Extensibility solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Oversee integration of SAP ECC SD, MM, and FICO modules for seamless operations.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP CRM - Service to enhance customer relationship management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across SAP modules.
• Mentor junior team members and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP architecture and technical leadership.
• Extensive experience with SAP CX Service Core Extensibility.
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC SD, MM, and FICO modules.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP CRM - Service.
• Proven experience working with SAP FICO.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for complex system troubleshooting.
• Any Graduate degree.
