Description

Lead the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet business needs. Translate requirements into functional and technical solutions, configure HR technologies, and manage integrations across various modules.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Configure, implement, and support HR technologies within the SuccessFactors ecosystem.
• Manage integrations and applications across multiple SuccessFactors modules.
• Drive technical decisions and deliver results while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively throughout the software life cycle.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors.
• Expertise in Employee Central, Performance and Goal Management, or Learning modules.
• Experience with Recruiting, Onboarding 1.0, or Compensation modules.
• Hands-on knowledge of Employee Central Benefits and Employee Central Payroll.
• Strong understanding of software life cycle concepts and processes.
• Proven ability to manage integrations and complex applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on complex projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
