Description

Lead the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet business needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into functional and technical solutions for the SuccessFactors ecosystem.
• Configure, implement, and support HR technologies across multiple modules.
• Manage integrations and applications to ensure seamless data flow.
• Drive technical decisions and deliver results while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively throughout the software life cycle.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors.
• Expertise in Employee Central, Performance and Goal Management, or Learning modules.
• Experience with Recruiting, Onboarding 1.0, or Compensation modules.
• Hands-on knowledge of Employee Central Benefits and Employee Central Payroll.
• Strong understanding of software life cycle concepts and processes.
• Proven ability to manage integrations and complex applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on complex projects.

Preferred Skills

• Any graduate degree.
