Description

You will design and implement SAP S/4 solutions focused on Aerospace & Defense Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and airframe production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design MPS processes for models and programs involving tail number ranges, takt rates, and out-the-door dates.
• Architect schedules for multiple assembly lines and production lines within a single plant using common stations.
• Integrate MPS with Contract Line-Item Numbers (CLIN), engineering configurations, and parameter effectivity.
• Manage complex scheduling requirements including spare parts incorporation and multiple model production lines.
• Lead requirement gathering, functional specification authoring, and process flow design.
• Execute functional unit testing and collaborate with development teams to deliver solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP architecture and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Deep understanding of Aerospace & Defense airframe Master Production Scheduling (MPS) best practices.
• Expertise in Manufacturing Bill of Material (MBoM) and parameter effectivity.
• Knowledge of operative and standard networks, including network activities and reference pointers.
• Ability to map schedules based on rate, takt, and entry into service dates.
• Proficiency in designing process flows and functional specifications.
• Experience conducting functional unit testing.
• Strong consulting skills for requirement gathering.
