Description

You will manage the implementation and ongoing support of SAP Ariba modules, focusing on Vendor Management and Lifecycle Management.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Ariba modules to align with procurement, finance, and IT requirements.
• Analyze procurement workflows to identify and implement process optimizations.
• Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting to ensure system adoption.
• Maintain data integrity and build reports or dashboards to monitor procurement KPIs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve functional issues and manage system integrations.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of experience working with SAP Ariba modules.
• Proven experience in either the implementation or support of SAP Ariba solutions.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and practices.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP integration and data management principles.
• Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and stakeholder management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Ariba certification.
• Experience with Guided Buying and Supplier Risk modules.
• Exposure to project management and change management processes.
