Description

• We need someone who's worked on Contingent Labour and SOW modules, along with integration with SAP. Candidate should be able to work on Consulting, monitoring, integration.

• Would help if he's worked in SAP as well Configure, support, and maintain SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, etc.) • Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.

• Manage supplier onboarding and performance tracking using Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance.

• Monitor and resolve issues related to Ariba transactions, workflows, and integrations.

• Support change management and training initiatives for end-users.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements.

• Participate in Ariba upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.

• Work with SAP ECC/S4HANA teams for integration and data consistency.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Would help if he's worked in SAP as well Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in SAP Ariba implementation or support.

• Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.

• Experience with Ariba Network and integration with SAP ERP.

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• SAP Ariba certification.

• Experience in service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).

• Familiarity with ITIL processes and AMS environments.

• Knowledge of contract lifecycle management and compliance frameworks
