Description

You will configure, support, and maintain SAP Ariba modules including Sourcing, Contracts, Buying, Invoicing, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance. You will manage supplier onboarding, resolve transaction and workflow issues, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements. You will collaborate with procurement and finance teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions, while supporting change management and training initiatives for end-users. You will also participate in Ariba upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance).
• Manage supplier onboarding, performance tracking, and compliance with procurement policies.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to Ariba transactions, workflows, and integrations.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to translate requirements into system solutions.
• Support change management, training, and Ariba upgrades, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in SAP Ariba implementation or support.
• Experience with Contingent Labour and SOW modules.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
• Experience with Ariba Network and integration with SAP ERP.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and AMS environments.
• Experience in service management tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Ariba certification.
• Experience in contract lifecycle management and compliance frameworks.
