Description

You manage end-to-end supplier onboarding and EDI integration within the Ariba Network.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier onboarding and EDI enablement on the Ariba Network.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely integration and onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and external partners to define mapping specifications and standards.
• Support EDI document types including PO (850), Invoice (810), and ASN (856).
• Apply supply chain and warehouse operational knowledge to support inbound, outbound, and inventory processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience with SAP Ariba implementations and support.
• Hands-on experience with EDI protocols including X12, EDIFACT, and IDOC.
• Technical knowledge of IDOC processing, batch management, serial numbers, and handling units.
• Strong understanding of supply chain logistics and warehouse operations such as picking, packing, staging, and physical inventory.
• Experience managing supplier integration via the Ariba Network.
• Degree in any field of study.
