Description

Administer the SAP Ariba Cloud platform, focusing on Procure-to-Order and Contracts modules.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage system settings, including delegations, approvals, commodity codes, templates, and reports.
• Partner with sourcing teams to create, implement, and manage catalogs within Ariba.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and supplier enablement activities to onboard suppliers to the network.
• Provide technical and functional support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and testing fixes.
• Execute the full lifecycle of enhancement requests from intake and analysis through to design, build, test, and deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SAP Ariba, specifically P2O and Contracts modules.
• Experience managing users, roles, and permission levels within the Ariba platform.
• Proven ability to perform system administration and configuration tasks.
• Experience logging and managing service requests directly with SAP Ariba.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally within geographically dispersed teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP ECC.
• Knowledge of supply chain, procurement, and invoicing processes.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
