Description

Lead end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation and deployment for strategic procurement transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Ariba implementations from requirement gathering through design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to capture procurement, sourcing, and supplier management requirements.
• Configure Ariba modules including Sourcing, Contracts, SLP, Buying and Invoicing (P2P), Catalog Management, Spend Analysis, and Guided Buying.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA or ECC using CIG or middleware tools.
• Manage data migration, supplier enablement, catalog setup, and post-go-live stabilization.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in SAP Ariba Functional roles.
• Hands-on configuration experience with at least two Ariba modules.
• Strong understanding of integration between SAP Ariba and SAP ERP/S/4HANA using CIG or PI/PO.
• Proven track record of at least 2 end-to-end SAP Ariba implementations, preferably in a lead role.
• Deep knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile frameworks.
• Experience with SAP Project Systems (PS) and S/4HANA transformation projects.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Ariba Certification(s) in one or more modules.
• Experience with multi-country deployments or global rollouts.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Central Procurement, Fieldglass, or LeanIX/Signavio.
