Description

You manage SAP Ariba support tickets, troubleshoot configuration issues, and assist end users.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve support tickets for procurement, supplier, and workflow issues.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, ensuring timely analysis and resolution.
• Troubleshoot and fix configuration-related issues within the SAP Ariba environment.
• Guide end users through functional problems and communicate status updates.
• Collaborate with backend technical teams for system-level fixes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT support or consulting.
• Strong experience with SAP Ariba functional support.
• Proven track record handling Tier 1 and Tier 2 ticket analysis and resolution.
• Knowledge of procurement workflows and supplier management processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot configuration and functional issues within SAP Ariba.
• Experience collaborating with SAP backend or technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding issue status.
