Description

You will lead SAP Ariba support, defect analysis, and technical delivery for complex procurement solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day support activities, including defect analysis and resolution of support incidents.
• Configure solution requirements, diagnose root causes, and implement solution alternatives.
• Coordinate with the Ariba product team to resolve product issues and manage third-party application integrations.
• Own end-to-end delivery of specific components or functionalities.
• Lead, manage, and mentor engagement team members to deliver high-quality project features.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with SAP Ariba (Strategic Sourcing, Contracting, Invoicing/P2P, Commerce Automation, Supply Chain Collaboration).
• Hands-on experience with Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, Sourcing, and Contracting modules.
• Design, build, and test integrations between Ariba and SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
• Technical expertise in CIG, CI9 integration methods, and ITK.
• Proficiency in Ariba API and Cloud Integration.
• Experience with Ariba Guided Buying, Catalog management, and supplier onboarding processes.
• Strong background in SAP Material Management.
• Experience using ServiceNow or Jira for ticket handling, major incidents, and problem management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing large-scale integration projects involving multiple third-party applications.
