Key Responsibilities: 
·        Support for SAP Ariba Sourcing and SLP modules 
·        Provide comprehensive post-implementation support for SAP Ariba Sourcing and SLP modules to ensure smooth operations, user adoption, and issue resolution. 
·        Logging, tracking, and resolving incidents related to SAP Ariba Sourcing and SLP 
·        Providing timely resolution and root cause analysis 
·        Conducting refresher training sessions and creating user guides or FAQs 
·        Handling minor enhancements or configuration changes based on business needs 
·        Monitoring system performance and usage 
·        Proactive identification and resolution of potential issues 
·         Ensuring seamless integration between SAP Ariba and ECC system. 
·        Troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues 
·        Detailed logs of all incidents and change requests handled during the support period 
·         A formal handover at the end of the support period to internal teams 
·         Support for reviewing TSD Document from the Implementing Partner to make sure all implemented 
·        process and changes in SAP Ariba and CIG covered in the TSD Document 
·        Review Access Control: Implement role-based access control to limit user access and privileges according to their role. 
·        Review All SR raised to SAP for the business process and advise on the work around solution for the business requirement
