Description

Own SAP test automation using Microfocus UFT and Solman CBTA.

Drive descriptive programming, VBScript libraries, and recovery scenarios. Set up Solman 7.2 prerequisites and manage test workflows. Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and generate scripts. Execute full STLC and manage the defect lifecycle using JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Develop descriptive programming function libraries and recovery scenarios in UFT using VBScript.
• Create user-defined and custom functions to support automation frameworks.
• Set up CBTA prerequisites in Solman 7.2 and manage test workflows.
• Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements, generate scripts, and handle reporting.
• Execute testing across the full STLC and manage the defect lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP Test Automation experience.
• Expertise in Microfocus UFT and Solman CBTA.
• 3+ years of Visual Basic Scripting (VBScript) experience.
• Strong understanding of OOPs and programming concepts.
• Proficiency in Solman 7.2, including test management and workflow.
• Experience with JIRA for defect tracking.
• Knowledge of manual testing and defect lifecycle in SAP environments.

Preferred Skills

• Testing experience in SAP modules including SD, MM, FICO, PP, or PM.
