Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Lead SAP BASIS operations, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and migrations across S/4HANA and HANA landscapes.

Manage SAP system performance, high availability, disaster recovery, and ensure optimal system reliability.

Drive end-to-end SAP landscape architecture, including cloud integration with Azure/AWS and RISE transformations.

Handle transport management, patching, system refreshes, and database administration activities.

Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and automate BASIS tasks to improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

8–10 years of SAP BASIS administration experience, with strong focus on S/4HANA and HANA environments.

Extensive hands-on expertise in SAP system installations, upgrades, migrations (S/4HANA, RISE), and cloud environments (Azure/AWS).

Strong knowledge of SAP HANA architecture, performance tuning, high availability, disaster recovery, and BASIS automation with proven leadership experience
