Description

Manage technical administration of the SAP environment to ensure system performance, availability, and security.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day SAP Basis support for third-party hosted systems and contribute to large-scale project efforts.
• Plan and implement SAP software upgrades, support packages, and kernel patches.
• Optimize system performance by monitoring resources and coordinating with hyperscaler teams to adjust CPU, memory, and storage.
• Manage SAP security, access management, and audit log reviews to ensure policy compliance.
• Perform incident management and root cause analysis to resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP Basis Administrator.
• Hands-on experience managing SAP systems in cloud or hyperscaler environments.
• Proven experience with at least one full cycle SAP implementation.
• Expertise in SAP HANA, SAP CAR, and SLT.
• Experience managing third-party-hosted environments and cloud-based SAP challenges.
• Ability to perform system performance tuning and capacity planning.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP AFS, SAP Retail, or S/4 Fashion.
