Description

Manage and maintain SAP application-side infrastructure within a cloud-hosted environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute client copies, system refreshes, migrations, and transport management.
• Manage database backup/recovery, spool, job administration, and archiving.
• Perform application and database patches, upgrades, OSS notes, and support package implementations.
• Troubleshoot technical errors by collaborating with SAP, application teams, and managed service providers.
• Monitor and improve SAP performance through continuous tuning and optimization.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration, including system refreshes and migrations.
• 3+ years of experience with non-ECC SAP systems and modules.
• 3+ years of experience using SAP Solution Manager and Early Watch reports.
• 3+ years of experience communicating technical solutions to managers and stakeholders.
• 2+ years of experience in process improvement with an emphasis on analytics.
• 1+ year of SAP system performance tuning and optimization in ERP or advanced modules (HANA, CRM, EWM, BOBJ).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of SAP architecture, design, and configuration.

Preferred Skills

• HANA Administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Experience in Cloud Hosted environments.
• Experience with SolMan ChaRM, Redwood Cronacle, or SAP Certifications.
