Description

You will maintain and manage critical SAP system infrastructure, providing 24x7 rotational support for production and non-production environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 rotational support for critical SAP systems.
• Monitor SAP applications using Focused Run (FRUN) or Cloud ALM to identify issues and recommend fixes.
• Perform system health checks to ensure availability and manage data growth, deletion/partitioning, and trend analysis.
• Administer transport management via ChaRM or CTMS and troubleshoot technical issues, delivering root cause analysis (RCA).

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of SAP Basis experience in medium to large-scale environments.
• Experience across multiple SAP products.
• Proficiency with tools including Stms, Db02, Sara, Suim, St03n, Sm20, Spam, and Sum.
• Understanding of SAP kernel upgrades, system copy, and general administrative tasks.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Self-driven with strong learning agility.
