Description

Manage SAP system installation, upgrades, and maintenance within HEC environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform quarterly system refreshes of Quality systems from production.
• Manage transports across the landscape, including CTS+ configuration and troubleshooting.
• Execute system patches, upgrades, and background job management.
• Monitor system health via CCMS, EarlyWatch reports, and proactive log analysis.
• Support cutover activities, Go Live, and Hypercare phases for new implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HEC environments, BTP, S/4 HANA, and EHANA.
• Proficiency in SAP technical stack: DMS, CPI, AO, BODS, and SLT.
• Experience with SOLMAN (7.2) configuration and administration.
• HANA Database administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Management of SLT replication and troubleshooting.
• Implementation of SSO solutions using Kerberos for Active Directory and SAML for Fiori.
• Ability to resolve trouble tickets for SAP ECC, FI, BI, Solman, GRC, Portal, and BOBJ.
• Knowledge of system sizing and performance tuning.
